本校辦理境外學生招生事務，除宣傳、推廣及協助學生辦理來臺簽證、健康檢查、旅行交通相關必要程序外，本校並無委由校外機構、法人、團體或自然人辦理。

Vanung University does not commission any external institutions, legal entities, organizations, or individuals to handle international student recruitment affairs. Except for conducting publicity, promotion, and assisting international students with necessary procedures related to entering Taiwan—such as visa applications, health examinations, and travel and transportation arrangements—the university manages these matters internally.
